Homemade sushi and fun outside another great week in Denmark for Søster Holbrook.

The time flies by so fast and Søster Holbrook has already been in Denmark for 4 whole months she is loving the work and the people. She learning many fun things and meeting many wonderful people.

Meditating.... I am guessing and that is very good for your soul to be in tune with your body!

These 2 young ladies look like they have a BLAST together.

 Bottom up please :o)

I have always loved the Swan and it makes it even better that it is Denmark's national bird. So beautiful.

We made sushi this week with a Japanese convert!

I love Sushi and now Søster Holbrook is eating it too.. Pretty Impressive.

Søster Nelson is looking SUPER sweet here. LOVE it!!

Email from Søster Holbrook this week better than last week where we got one line :o)

Hey everyone!

This week has been great!

Sister nelson and I have been asked to head a new facebook finding initiative the church is implementing in missionary work. We are reaching out to young adults and helping them invite their friends to "come and see." We've been working hard on it all week and look forward to seeing the fruits.

M said yes to dåb(baptism)!! He knows (and wants) that he needs to quit smoking before he is baptized, so he wanted to talk to his AA sponser and see if there is a plan he can make to help him. We read to him Alma 26:12, and he loved it! He had never really thought about taking his addictions to God for help, but is excited to try. Our testimonies that God can and will help him do all things really touched him. A-L and S came to church this week! S met a man that was visiting and talked to him for a long time. He was super happy after church and told us "I think I was meant to come today."

Sister Nelson and I had are best week (as far as numbers go) this week so we have been super blessed! We have climbed some mountains together, which is sometimes uncomfortable but very rewarding. Hopefully we will have many more! Transfer calls are this week, and I am hoping we will be together one more transfer.

I read this in "Our Heritage" this week and couldn't help but feel like this still rings true today: "We saw by vision, the church of God, a thousand times larger; ... the world being entirely ignorant of the testimony of the prophets and without knowledge of what God was about to do." A sad truth is that a majority of the people we meet here in Denmark (and anywhere really) are so completely unaware of God and His great purposes. I can't feel anything but blessed to have the gospel and to be able to share it with people everyday. I love everything about His work.

Må gud være med jer!/May God be with you.

All in all a wonderful week for Søster Holbrook. These young Sister Missionaries are working hard and loving serving together! What a treat it is for them to be together. I am so glad they have gotten this chance to learn and grow into even better children of God.
